EMPOWER’s Community-Based Care (CBC) contract is transitioning to closure. EMPOWER continues to work closely with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), Our Community Our Kids (OCOK) and Texas Family Care Network (TFCN) to support the transition of CBC services in Region 3E.
